My name is Nathan Dibble and
I am a creative professional.
Specializing in visual communication, and brand development,
I strive on using untried concepts that tell powerful, unforgettable stories. Throughout my career, I have worked with 50+ major global brands that include consumer goods such as toys, inflatables, dishware, outdoor camping products, along with many others.
 
My skills and talent for brand building, along with my passion for creating positive team environments, has led me to where I am today - Serving as a leader in design as a Global Art Director, Design Brand Manager, Creative Design Lead, for some of the largest companies in the world. My ultimate goal is to inspire and help build the next generation of designers as I work with teams to find harmony between building brands, achieving business goals, challenging creativity, and reaching customers with intriguing brand stories. 

A little history.
I grew up on Conway Street in a small town called Wellsboro, located in North Central PA. Its located in the upper Appalachia area, as far away from any city in the North East. I attended the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, just south of Erie studying Art and Art Education. I founded conwaycreative in 2000 and I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in Graphic Design in 2002. After graduating from school, I moved to Miami Beach, where I feel I earned a Ph.D. in L.I.F.E. 

In 2006, I moved back to Pennsylvania, and in 2008, I got married to my best friend Kimberly and moved to Rhode Island. From 2008 to 2012, I had an opportunity to work for the Hasbro toy company as a Senior Graphic Designer, developing new packaging designs for some of their major Global Brands.  In 2012 we moved to Arizona and I accepted a role with Bestway Inflatables & Material Corp as their Global Art Director. In 2019, I accepted a term position with the Northern Arizona University (NAU) teaching Graphic Design, Typography, and The History of Graphic Design for the Communications Department.

COVID had another plan for my career and it took a turn returning back to Hasbro and then on to Mattel as a Graphic Design contractor in  2021-2022. In May of 2022 I was hired as a Design Manager for PlayMonster where I oversaw all the graphic design development for the Games side of the business.
 
I love creating creative things. Whether it's an Ipad app for a plastic surgeon, a snow sculpture in New Hampshire, or a bookshelf for my office, I love to create. I enjoy painting, refurbishing old antiques, and playing LEGOS with my kids.
 
Currently, I am living in Flagstaff AZ, working as a Freelance Art Director, enjoying the outdoors with my amazing wife, my two dogs Winter and Canyon, while raising 2 beautiful children, Owen and Audrey.
